Loving God,
You call us to create a world of peace.
Let peace begin in our own hearts.
Give us the courage to act boldly to confront the evil
That affects the lives of so many innocent people.
Give us the humility to return unkindness with kindness,
Hatred with lost, oppression with freedom, and
Selfishness with generosity.
May the peace in our own lives radiate to others and
enable all of us to live peacefully in Jesus name.
