Celebrating the lives and witness of women religious

Friday marks the beginning of “Catholic Sisters Week”, an annual celebration of the lives and witness of women religious that began in 2014 as part of National Women’s History Month.
Our Passionist Family in Holy Cross Province is blessed with the witness of our Passionist charism in the lives of the cloistered-contemplative Passionist Nuns:
· Passionist Nuns of Erlanger, Kentucky Passionist Nuns Erlanger
· Passionist Nuns of Whitesville, Kentucky Passionist Nuns of St. Joseph Monastery
· Passionist Nuns of Ellisville, Missouri Passionist Nuns’ Monastery in Ellisville, MO
We are also blessed by the witness of the Passionist Sisters from Mexico who serve the Hispanic community in a variety of cities, including Lansing, Michigan; Carpentersville, Illinois; Lincoln, Nebraska; Dodge City, Kansas; and at the border with Douglas, Arizona in Agua Prieta, Sonora, Mexico. The U.S. Church is also blessed with the ministry of the Sisters of the Cross and Passion.
