As in the past ten years, Catholic Sisters Week is scheduled for March 8th through March 14th. This is the time when we pause to remember the work of Women Religious who have served in this diocese since 1852. The Diocese of Erie has provided a list of suggestions for remembering these Sisters who have ministered to your parishioners during its history:

The theme for this year’s celebration is “Let Peace Begin with Me.” Also included is a Prayer and Prayer Service on this theme which you may be able to use at meetings in your parish during this week.
